Is this a good deal?

To whose who are familiar with the F90 market right now, can you please give me advice on this deal:

2019 BMW M5 Competition
29k miles (clean carfax)
Fully loaded except for the B&W stereo. (MSRP $145k)
CCB, executive plus, driver assistance plus, ACC, upgraded merino leather, 789M wheels...
M-performance exhaust (~$6,500)
M-performance carbon fiber exterior pieces(~$7,500)
Catless downpipes
BM3 Tuning (~1,000)
Alcantara steering wheel (~$1,600)
Wrapped in 3M satin black

The seller is asking for $90k
Is this a good deal or not?

Any advise is appreciated!

Have you considered the new M3? You could maybe get into a new car for close to $90K. I would double down on what Trevor said regarding tuned cars. In fact I would run from tuned cars and personally would not buy a used M5. Not because the cars are bad from the factory, but because of how the previous may have treated the car. Just my opinion.

I’d only buy a used performance car from the original owner, all stock with every receipt. It could be a good deal but I don’t know the current used M5 market. Having said that, 90k is a lot of dough. Maybe I’m just picky.

JMO OP. Good luck.

Price seems fair, maybe even good.

Price is fair, especially given the CF bits, Exhaust and steering wheel. With that said, and others have mentioned, the tune presents many risks I would not be willing to assume.

Once I see catless downpipes, I turn away.

The car has a substantial amount of mods. If this is something you would have done anyway, then it could be a good deal in your case.

Main concern would be warranty for me. I would never own a German car out of warranty - especially not one that has big ticket items.
