Of course once you start running race gas add down pipes and turn the boost to destroy your rods level the M5 will be faster lol. Hell I could run E85 and be trapping mid 135's all day long and running 5's too .
You're DA wasn't 500 better than mine were, it was about 3000 better.. lol

I know you're now trying to compare stock vs stock but the very first thing you did was post Dragy slip and compare the two cars tuned. And now that doesn't look so good so you're going back to non tuned? haha I'm just giving you shit.

The stock Audi R8+ does put up slightly faster 1/4 mile times but 0-60 or 1/8 mile it isn't even in the same ball game. Tuning a non turbo car does very little. There isn't much to tune on a car without a tubo when most of the gains are had from increasing turbo boost. You can run a very mild stage 1 tune or map1 JB4 and run a 10.2 or 10.3 with very little risk to your rods.

I do see a ton of these Audis here in CA getting super chargers put on them daily from multiple shops. I'm wondering what kind of numbers they are putting up. They are only adding about 70hp for 25-30k dollars.

Guys like limeypride have zero mods and JB4 running low 10.3's for under 1000 bucks in parts

I wanted to say all that but gave up on talking to this guy. Agreed with all the points.

About rods bending, only one F90 has had that and the it was caused by running 91 octane on a 93 tune. I'm sure R8s have problems too. If my rods bend, great, gives me an excuse to build the engine.
