Help Hpfp just went and have to take to mod friendly dealer
I have the worst luck ever, I swear! I just had my kittyless downpipes and dp fix installed yesterday. Well my hpfp is apperantly biting the dust, i'm on limp mode, check engine light is on, car is stalling at almost every light. Connected my BT tool to it its giving me the high pressure fuel pump code and something about cylinder injection, i'm sorry i forgot to write it down. I'll be removing my jb3 and i'm assuming the dp fix aswell if its connected to the jb but i think the downpipes are staying. I currently taking my car in at Pace BMW which share the same service in port chester. I dont know what to expect

Actually, down pipe removal is a must and JB3 is optional. I had my HPFP replaced without removing the JB3, but I heard people had trouble with DP.

I see you're in the city. You might want to contact hassel BMW in Freeport. I don't think their techs are too strict about mods. I'm not positive though.

Hmmm, take those mods off and see if the HPFP is still an issue. Seems like something is messed up. This seems more than coincidence.

Don't panic. Take your mods off, clear the codes, and see if it comes back.

I have been to 2 different dealers with my mods. JB+ definitely remove. Neither commented on the DP (catted).
