2019 M5 to Porsche Carrera S
I guess i am having one of those moments but i was thinking of buying the new Porsche Carrera S instead of a new M5. Just wanted to hear some Thoughts.

I am doing the same
just got allocation for a C4S M5C is great car , but I like switching car , so by the time C4S come , it will be around 20 great months with the M5C |

I did it! Never looked back. A completely diff and for me better vehicle. Handles/superb steering/lightweight/phenomenal suspension/pdk and on and on.
Much more fun to drive and from a dig feels just as fast with added benefit of being in a different league of handling It's comfortable for DD and I absolutely love it. For prospective tho I didn't like the M5 at all and actually preferred M4 comp over F90 I had.

You couldn't just find them new with the previous gen either. Manual 911s are typically special order now. That, or you have to look for a used one.

The new 992 is exceptional, a true daily driver. Not sure if the same for every country but here in the UK you can’t get a manual in a regular Carrera you have to buy the Carrera S to get the manual option.
