How do people get those little fireballs to come out of their exhaust? I'm guessing it's something within the tune? Is it harmful to the car? My f10 had every damn mod in the book and it never did it. I was pushing 680 to the wheels. How's it done?

Straight pipe all the way through. The shorter the pipe the more flame you'll see.
So, in front engine case, throw the tip pipe from turbo to the side behind the front tire.

How is it achieved with the cars with the back bumper tips? My f10 was straight piped. Never did it. Now my f90 is about to be straight piped.

Rear engine car is easier to get flame out. Hence so many burned Lamborghini.
