Hello Mate, sorry thats the one I have not ever owned. I have driven all iterations and enjoyed the feel of the car. But when I would consider it, the options out there with the performance numbers coupled with pricing made more sense to go with said options.
Yeah I totally agree.
If Porsche can't sell a Panamera to Vic55 who buys them?!?!

I bought the last generation Turbo S and did not enjoy it very much. Couldn't it lease it since the one I bought was optioned passed the residualized limit and lost my pants when I sold it a year later. Never again.

hahahah....

But its kind of a true, the car just has a bad price point even for what it offers. No wonder there are still even new 16's (last gen) sitting at some dealers. Now they have all these 18 Sport Turismos sitting with 170-180k price tags and I smell trunk money coming unless its already arrived.

Great review. Based on that I will stick with my E63S.

Interesting, I would have thought you might have opted otherwise based on tech and comfort with equal to negligibly better performance...

Yeah I do like comfort and tech.

But I have bad memories of body roll from my Jaguar F-Type R. And also on my M5 it was only solved when I put in the Dinan sway bars. I hate body roll. I'd rather have a car with active anti-roll bars like on my Turbo S.

Also sound is really important to me. I love the AMG sound in the cabin.

Are you talking about the M3 CS? Not the Competition, then but rather the M3 CS. Im actually thinking of downsizing to that as the M5 is too big for me.

M3/4 CS is nice, unless I track a lot otherwise I rather have the CS for the streets, that wing on the GTS is a bit over the top for me.

I actually read this review on the MB forums a few weeks ago while waiting for a deal to come through on the GT, and went out and bought the M5 FE. No regrets whatsoever

Solid review Vic. Straight and to the point. I am going to dump the F80 and pop into the F90. I need a bigger sedan for sure. M3 is nice but two car seats in the back my little humans have no room.

I was able to borrow the F90 for 2 days to really get an understanding of it- its the owners car so I was allowed to drive it with the proper settings:

Here are a few cheesy cell shots I took:

No but have a friends who own some heavily modded ones... I know how good the platform can be but once you mod it be prepared to lose your warranty very easily. Audi will TD1 that car with the most simple of scans or slightest of mods. Audi is not warranty friendly to almost any mod whereas BMW and Benz will look for something more catastrophic.

Enjoy, just remember to revert every single thing back to stock if you have any issues.

I mean, even if the issue is not related to lets say... a lowering job, they will still go void it or find a way. 2 of my friends run Audi stores and I cant even get them to waive things. Audi N/A is all over this.
