whether leasing or buying, you should never buy M5 whether base or comp for more than invoice plus or minus 1 k, plus all rebates
M5 have traditionally not been very popular cars , and for that matter any sedan above 100 k sticker , so they will depreciate hard and the value after 3 years most likely will be around 50 k at most

To be precise they depreciate 2932 a month according to this lease on a 116k car.

AGS - Aren't you picking up your car today? Was there any wiggle room in your deal? Any advice or push back from CA you can brief me on as far as your lease deal? I'm pretty sure I am going to finance buy (my custom 2019 base arrives this weekend supposedly), but I still wanted to keep leasing as an option, but this month it seems the deals have gotten worse lol. Maybe I'm just wishful thinking.
Is your M5 comp due in on the Figaro ship also due in port on October 6th?
Not sure how I feel about the bad rates yet I was quoted $1500 a months for a 2018 E63s $114 sticker my M5 has a sticker around $127 if it's too crazy they may be keeping it we will see I hope it's fair deal but not sounding good at the moment!

I was quoted $2111/month, $3535K down, on a 2019 Comp MSRP $125K w/ $3K discount.

I'm having a tough time swallowing $2100/month when 2018 M5 is $1300...

Yes, there are no deals to be had on the 2019 M5 Comp.

BMW 2019 leasing prices are out of control. I was paying $2100 a month, 12k out of pocket for a 2013 Turbo S with 175k MSRP. Grant it i put more down but it was a 175k car. I have a comp on order, I'm walking away if BMW doesn't raise its residuals.

I would too.
I wouldn’t want to be an impulsive buyer; rather, a smart buyer!
