That's a pretty good deal. Huge congrats and enjoy! I agree with trev the MF will probably go up given interest rates going up. The residual will probably go up through out the year too.

What is the 4,000 due at signing for ? First month plus fees can't be that much? Or am I missing something.

the 2 and 5 year treasury bond rates have done a reversal recently ie moved lower
so interest rates will follow .
changes are minimal , but will see
also if inventory is high , manufactures will subsidize MF to help move units

Let's hope. My M5 Comp is due to arrive in March...so hopefully rates will continue to improve. The change alone between December and January programs resulted in my calculated lease payment dropping by $120. I like the way it is trending.

First month plus destination, Doc, title, plate postage added up to total $3.6K and the rest of 4 hundred is claimed by the dealer to make up my target monthly payment $1,380

Not a bad deal IMO; $5K discount slightly lower than others posted here but better than some I've seen.

I had multiple dealers just 10 days ago that were will to take $10-12K off a Comp model and provide base money factor. Keep shopping if you want to get to the bottom. If you are happy move forward with the deal on the table. If you are on the East coast I can send you those dealers names.

In your state how is sales tax calculated on leases? I'm in Texas, and they charge all buyers full tax on the total purchase price (not just the overall leased value). The reason I ask is your monthly payment doesn't look too bad compared to mine...but maybe your taxes are less than what I have to cover.

As a reference point, here is my deal on my M5 Comp order with no money down other than 1st months payment:

MSRP: $124,595
Discount: $10,200
Residual: 54% (12k miles/year)
MF: .00188 (base)
State tax: approx. $7100
Monthly lease rate (including tax): $1902

so the $7100 tax is included in your $1902 x 36 monthly?

Yes.

If you exclude the $7100 in tax from the monthly lease rate, it drops the rate $200/month.

$1900-$2000/mo. payments for the M5 or M5C are insane. Should be $1,300--1,500 MAX, including everything. This is not a F488, Porsche Turbo S, etc.

Of course, nothing stops anyone from paying these monthly amounts. So, as long as you are happy ... .

Thanks for your input.

Apparently you can buy happiness but it's $1903/month all rolled up.

agree with stealth 7 that 2k for an M5 is way too much for that car
I had an F10 M5 and just returned my E63 S lease back
one reason I did not consider a redo is because of these leases
for that money , a lot of other options are available on market place
and I love these cars
