You can use diffrent octane levels with this tune, 100 octane producing the most power, my question is, instead of using 100 oct race gas can u run a E mix to boost the octane level up with having to buy race gas?

I wouldn’t recommend it. To get that high up on octane using ethanol you’d be pretty high ethanol mix which wouldn’t be good

I dont think u need that much E to get to 100 octane since ill be already running 93 i was just wondering if it has to be race gas or if u could mix alittle E with 93… because obv that would be alot easier and cheaper route to run max power…

My guess is E50 equals 100 octane but I’d want a tuner who has tuned both to tell me it is OK. I have often wondered whether my 93 plus meth equals E30, but that is a little different since the engine is seeing the higher octane only when the meth is flowing so the tuning changes need to occur only then and not all the time.
