330i Ordering

I still haven't received a production number yet. Dealer mentioned they're seeking an allocation. Note: Ordering a RWD 330i in Northeastern US is rare. Does this make it harder to get an allocation? I am very assertive with negotiating price and I have a great deal lined up. When do allocations come out each month? Do people ever get bumped perhaps due to a more lucrative deal with another customer?
