RaceChip/other chips with additional mods question

Hi there

I'm considering getting a RaceChip or DTUK tuning chip (they have a good distributor in UK).

When I contacted the distributor, they were concerned that I was also considering the Eventuri or Dinan systems as an additional mod. They said that the chip was developed for a stock car and any modifications such as a chip could result in issues.

Has anyone any experience of this? Does anyone run a chip with any of these systems?

Any experienced views would be appreciated.

Thanks

Dave

Ummm DTUK. I found them frustrating when I asked simple questions of a Audi S4 box I bought from them e.g. "What is the peak boost on each of the 3 maps." They were evasive and said just go by feel etc

I get that, he was actually quite abrupt on text, not massively customer focussed for sure, but all he has done is now make me question whether I want a chip or an intake system, rather than both, which is what I wanted to do.

You can use the tune and an intake at the same time, no need for a new map.
