Still nowhere near $7200 like he was implying. Dude drives an F90 M5 and is trying to pinch pennies for exhaust notes. GTFOH
The fact that you think $4k is pinching pennies is pretty snobbish friend. Yes I didn't realize the rear section of the GThaus was only $2500 (don't see $2k) but all those other items are over $4k combine that I've seen and the cost isn't so much the issue but the fact that this is a lease so I'm trying for simple. But thanks for you opinion on my monetary situation.
For ur lease situation just do straight pipe and u will be happy. Lot of people like X but straight pipe is best bang for the buck.

My personal opinion straight pipe is the way to go.
How was the drone though. I heard it can be pretty rough. And did you remove the second cats as well or just resonator?
I am secondary catless and I don't feel much drone.
Did you do secondaries DP or just have them cut them.

Don't suppose you have a clip of your straight pipe set up?
Current Setup Remus Catback (straightpipe) and Secondary catless. Video doesn't do justice but it's at least 40% louder than stock and love the tone. May need to make video with better mic.

If you say so, I mean you threw out a number more than 2x what i paid so i felt like you needed some edamucation on the matter. Don't get butthurt about the words, be butthurt about the fact that you are completely wrong, then do some research. Things go on sale from time to time so wait or email a vendor and negotiate. Also don't forget there is some resale value here, when I'm done with this car for instance I sell the ER's for say $350, the x-pipe for $350, and the rear section for $1400 for a refund of $2100 giving me a spent total of a whopping $1,100 over 3 years which is like one car payment. If $1100 over 3 years is a snobbish number for you i don't think you're in the right vehicle, dude

What's this center balance tube you referenced. Haven't seen that mentioned before with others but can def tell a difference with it removed in your straight pipe clips

Basically deleted the pipe connecting both mufflers so both exhaust banks are separate.

Ah interesting. I'll look to have that removed as well.

Honestly i think that's the best way to go, it also depends which exhaust is on your car to begin with, mine's not a comp so it had the standard rear section, the GThaus didn't do much for sound but it did change the tone, the dp's will get you the sound and pops along with getting rid of that resonator with the dinan X pipe. Those two will do more than the rear section and you'll save some money, win win

Also you can always just change the tips for a custom exhaust look, check out burger tuning, they have black or polished tips for the F90
