Possible to recalibrate exhaust system flaps with ProTool?

Diagnostics experts - does ProTool have the ability to recalibrate zero-point for exhaust valves? I believe this may be necessary after installation of my new aftermarket exhaust due to possible slightly different indexing of the aftermarket mounting receptacle for the OEM valve actuators.

What about Esys? Is that an option? Or do I need a full copy of ISTA/D?
