Brake Launch Timing

Curious to hear others feedback. How long do you hold the brake under acceleration before you launch if thats the method you use?

No sure if theres a sweet spot, my car does well at times and not so much at others.

I use launch control too but sometimes I just like the kick of a brake launch.

I noticed if you brake boost to long takeoff sucks. I found brake boost for a second and let it rip.

New discovery is to use auto stop brake hold feature (allows you when stopped to not touch brake pedal) When light goes green you just gun it its really good.

Obviously launch control is the best.

What do you do on your 101st launch though when full bore has been turned off

you dont notice it much unless you look at your Dragy times, it still launches hard, just not as hard.

Autohold is good for launch, but you still feel the lack of boost up to 2,500 rpm
