706M rear rims fit up front voila!
Yep, thanks to the absolute incompetent local Mavis Tire shop they mounted my new Michelin A/S 4 285's on the front 9.5" rims and 275's on the rear 10.5's. But that's not all, they also installed the rears up front and fronts out back. If it weren't for my own eyes I wouldn't have believed it. Surprinsingly the fronts cleared the calipers and inside suspension but not by much and stuck out like they had 15mm spacers. Rears were tucked in more than normal and didn't rub.
Sadly I didn't take pics as my rage prevented me from thinking clearly. *I didn't visit the stealership bc they're 35mins away but have since regretted that decision. |

With grade-flation, isn’t 50% right passing these days? Seems like they got the right size tire at the right end of the car, although that is the easier half of the job.

Never fully trusted them after that. Their BMW tech is top notch. But he isn't "the tire guy" and I could have kicked him in the nuts. Shawn |
