fun to watch but man how much does the weight impact the times? i feel like stock runs are usually faster and this is catless with a tune?

Yep, I agree. There's someone in M550 world who installed one of those "open" intakes and his 1/4 mile times went the other way. Put the stock, closed system back on, and he was back at running the better number.

The closed intake system in the M5/M550 was built for Maximum performance. It probably took about a year with several tuned up Geek Squad BMW Engineers.

I may get my nads snipped off for saying, but I think the MB GTR is one of the sexiest looking vehicles ever.

Yeah. But everyone want's the turbo spool sound, so performance doesn't matter same with lowering. Drives like crap but it looks good same for brakes. It lost initial bite but my wheels are clean now. The list goes on

I'm pretty sure the 2023 Black series fixed everything, but I'm not going to shell out that cash. It's still a beauty though.
