No burbles even in Sport+ with shifts on level 3? That is a surprise. I am not a fan of the excess popping and banging noise. In fact I wish it would be outlawed in my area. It is present on my 2021 M5C. The base exhaust is perfect IMO. I love the deep rumble of the V8.

I have not had the break in service because when I took the car in I was notified they were out of the differential fluid. So I am waiting for them to call me back. I think I may try another dealership in the Dallas area. The pops show up at relatively low RPMs if I am in Sport + and just let off the throttle. |

We do get the yellow DTRLs! I'll try and get a photo of them.

Yes. Daytime running lights stay yellow, but in the US, once headlights are turned on, it turns white

I agree, I suspect the color limitation was related to the carbon hood, they have to test every color for adhesion and fading so they had limited choices, I personally think black wouldve been awesome, the BHG is an awesome color and it wouldve been my second choice from the full palette.

Maybe they were doing it as a throwback to the E28 M5 that was only available in black.

So far with the 130 miles on the M5CS I've been disappointed with the sound. It's quieter than I expected and has no pops/crackles. Maybe it will get louder as it breaks in. Or maybe it's related to the auto gearbox compared to the DCT in the M3. Regardless, i absolutely love the car.
