I didn't think so either, but apparently it's down to the primer. I took out a chip / dent / scratch warranty when I bought the car so I am currently trying to claim on that.

There’s a photographer named Mark Wallace. He’s made probably a hundred how-to videos on YouTube sponsored by Adorama. Very cool guy. Few years back he sold everything he had, bought a BMW motorcycle and traveled the world. You can see his travels on FB and he had a website called markonabike.com
This dude traveled to the most sketchy places you can imagine and the only place his bike was stolen was — Yep — in London. My sister is (before Covid) a world traveler, for decades on business, followed by decades during retirement. She’s been to an incredible number of countries. Few years back she was in Ankara, followed by London. She said she felt much safer in Turkey than in London, and she had been to both many times. It’s unfortunately turned into a real dump. What a shame. |
