Nope didn't ask for deposit or anything, third vehicle getting from them so hopefully they honor it.

For reference, you both are better than the wide end. I took delivery this past Saturday 8 months and 5 days after placing my order (July 14)!

I ordered on 10/8/21, got my allocation the week of Christmas, build week 5 of '22, and should take delivery at the end of this month.

CA confirmed car was at the Port of Galveston this morning.

Good for you. I placed the order and make the deposit on July 8 last year, still don't know when it will be produced... maybe May or August... who know.

I ordered my car in April 2021 and received Production # in early June. Car arrived at dealership on February 23, 2022.

So about 10.5 months from the time I ordered.

Individual Paint and interior added to delays.

It sat in Baltimore for almost 12 weeks waiting on the RAM recall.

got my production confirmed in January
The Build was supposed to start on week 11
( last week )
But since the 25 February nothing changed on my statut
Do someone experienced the same issue as me ?

Yeah, I know a lot of people who are disappointed/frustrated it's not available. I have no way of knowing, but I suspect my car might have been one of the last to be built out of the cars that were ordered before the system supply issues caused BMW to pull it from the build sheet.

As much as I complain about the wait, it actually worked out for the better for a couple reasons - First, I drove the 2019 through the snow/ice/salt of the winter. Second, I benefited from the 40% run-up in used car prices and sold my car for a nice profit over the residual value.

I put my order in in december, the cvar was built, delivered to the port 3/5. been sitting on the RAM since. I did get the BW stereo.

You were able to order B&W in December 2021??? My dealer told me the option never became available during that time, and I also never saw it as an option on BMW's website under "build your BMW" section. I checked multiple times from the day I ordered (10/8/21) until the end of January 2022, right before my build week.

Yah when I got the allocation the option was already selected. Traded another dealer for it that had the allocation for a while. I got super lucky.
