Also I see 3250 lease cash on 5 series will that apply to a m5 ?

MF is .00200 / 4.80 APR. Residual on 36/10 is 57.

I'd go check out edmunds for the latest info on incentives - but last I read I do not think there are any incentives in November.

(not a good time to lease - it's only going to go up from here for a while - even if you can start negotiating discounts, rising interest rates will likely offset the discount).

Never used edmunds have no idea .

I believe there is $3250 leash cash pet of their sales event.

$3,250 is for the X5. On the 530/540 there is $1500 lease cash & $1500 Loyalty. The M5 only has a $750 Loyalty rebate this month.
