Far from the $1200 they were going for pre-pandemic, but I've seen worse since then.

To Op,

We need more information from you about this lease. What is the money factor? Residual? Options on the car?

Agree with Greer, we need to see the rest of the deal sheet this cropped view is probably from and at least a list of all equipment. But before we even get there, putting $7500 down on a BMW lease doesn't make sense.

Even without knowing that info though, and knowing what packages (usually) come on a non-Comp for dealer lot ordered cars, and having had both a non-Comp and Comp, this is not a very good deal even if you come back and tells us it has more than Executive package unless this is a significant mileage allotment lease.

Gotta post the sticker. I'm guessing if this is a non-comp, it has Exec and full leather, and/or B&W?

Even without seeing it, no this isn't anything great, but I've seen worse?

Sticker is 118k and has carbon ceramics , and executive package , and optional black wheels which makes the MSRP 118k

Interesting that it has CCBs. Makes me wonder if this was an ordered car that someone backed out of. Expected Exec and possibly the 706Ms. Since we don't have a window sticker we can't know if you're paying the full cost of those wheels on a non Comp (like $5600?) and opposed to the slight upcharge if it's a Comp (like $1050).

Would help to give us your lease terms as well.

I mean…not terrible, but again, nothing special. CCBs are neat, but for roughly $7-$8k, imho Competition package is far more value. I wouldn't want this, but you may feel v strongly about the CCB's.

Agree with above that this may have been an ordered car that someone backed out of, but could also be a random config that a young buyer clicked when ordering dealer cars to show? It's an odd combo for sure.

If the price you quote is with the extended warranty and the tire and wheel insurance, it would be intriguing, but I know it isn't, so…

Totally up to you, but this is "meh" at best, especially if it isn't the exact color combo you want, for example
