Lol agreed! "Genius" is pretty much the antithesis of anything or anyone I've encountered thus far. I wish I could come across one of the ones you mention to get some good information for once. On top of the fact that the title mischaracterizes who you're speaking to, it over promises and under delivers. To your point, just call them BMW Customer Service. That might even be too generous.

Lol yes I learned that the hard way today. Of course once it rolls back, you want to check even more to see if it goes forward again.

Mine went back and forth a few times too. Part of the process these days! Ordered last July, took delivery at the end of January, so 6 months total. Good luck!

After seeing these, I went online and checked and I am not rolled back just yet. Based on the sequence of changes my roll back to 111 should come 2 days after yours lol so I mentally prepared myself for it😂

I hope my situation is anomalous and yours continues to go to production very soon! But definitely a good idea just in case. As others have noted, this happened to many.
