Front springs only?

Yes I know it sounds stupid and I apologize in advanced for asking this. But has anyone successfully just did from springs? The rear is perfect on my 19 comp the only thing I don't like is the front height.

Buy a HAS kit and do them all. Then adjust front and rear as you want it. If you only drop the front, then the rear, even though you like where it is now, may be a touch high giving too much forward rake.

I would not suggest this given the rebound rates on the front and rears would not be the same, so while it may look good, it may not feel that way when cornering, over bumps or on uneven surfaces.

Mine already rides unusually bouncing over multiple bumps. While I do follow you in theory that makes totally sense. But I doubt in real world one would even noticed it. Again assuming this, I could be night and day difference not sure though. Basically I have to do springs since I want the front lower, can start with the front since that is what IMHO needs it and its the easiest to do. From just height alone, the H&R sports M5 springs looked perfect drop to match the stocks rears but again I could be wrong.

Here is a pic of my 19 comp, doubt it has lowering springs but damn, I'm amazing people go lower. Looking at it from a photo makes me realize that its the right rake and if anything lowering everything is a must.

You may have springs in there already judging from some other Comps I’ve seen.

Appreciate that FatRear08. I've been wondering this as well. Its just not as low as the M550i for sure from comparing. No clue honestly. I tried to look from underneath, seems these springs are way up in the body.

But after looking at other 19's comps, they do seem similar to my height. Maybe it is stock height. And now I know why none comp M5 want to lower theirs.

I agree the M550i springs would have you sitting lower. That being said you may have a HAS kit in there.

Here you go .. this is my 19' M5C On HR 550i springs.

I would figure out what's in there and go from there. If you have HAS maybe you just need to make an adjustment on the fronts.

If you have springs then my suggestion remains swapping out all 4 and install a complete set based on the amount of drop you want.
