Hey all
I noticed this deal recently when I logged into the my BMW app — buy one get one for attendance to the full M day at Indy. You have to book by Apr 30 and it ends May 2. I booked with a friend — so basically it’s 50% off if you have someone to go with. I still plan to do a 2 day or private elsewhere but thought it seemed like a cool venue and half off is not bad. You just call to schedule and use code 24IMSBOGO. Anyone else going or ever did the class in Indianapolis? This will be my first time on the track and I’m excited. Too bad i suspect there’s no F90 to drive. 😬

Just in the bell icon thing. You dont need to have it your app though. Just call and reference the code above. Not many classes left though — ends next Thursday I think
I am in Indianapolis now and just did the event earlier today. It was a lot of a fun!

A bit late to post but will give some quick feedback and review of the full M track day at Indy. It was a real fun event. It ran from 9:00 AM to 3:45pm or so. You do a bit of refreshments, some introductions/instructions, and jump right into it!
The cars: Track: M3 and M4 Autocross: M2 Skid pad: M5 When we rolled up in the Uber I was pumped to see a line of F90s. The online description only mentioned the other three models, so I thought I might be SOL on the M5 front. It was fun to get some time with it on the skid pad. During the first half of the day the track was split in half with M3s on one side and M4: the other. You’d run the track halfway and then turn around and double back. Then on your next rotation you’d be in the other car on the other half of the track and repeat. It was kind of funny and fun to run the track backwards. Autocross is a blast but it’s so short. I had never driven an M2 before but it was fun to quickly whip around the cones as quickly as you can. Not a ton of time in this about 4-5 times around trying to ge the best time of the group. After lunch the track is no longer split in half. You get your full laps in the M3 and then the M4. I can’t remember how many exactly but you get 5-6 laps per car which is roughly 20+ mins of full track time per car as the driver and the same as a passenger (obviously). It’s pretty awesome blasting through a former formula 1 course. You come off the infield back onto one of the turns and can see how it’s angled. On main straight I got the M4 up to 156 MPH. fastest I’ve driven personally. At the end of the day I was in the M3 and drove second. It got pretty hard to control. The tires were gone and brake pad sensor warnings on the dash! It was kind of fun in a way but took some of the confidence in corners and braking away. You and the day with a few hot laps with one of the instructors. They roll traction off and give it the juice. It was fun to see how they take the course and feel the difference! All In All — excellent event. There was talk of it being the last BMW events at Indy but it sounds like there’s a good chance it may return next year. Highly recommend!
