E-Net Cable vs wifi cable

Good Afternoon-

Wondering opinions on some stuff-
I'd like to program the seats to move/adjust when ignition is turned on (and all the way back when turned off), turn headlights back on (the active lights), change lock button functions (mirrors and windows/sunroof).

I would LOVE to play with exhaust flaps, even better if I could tweak Sport+ to hold valves open.

Can a wifi dongle do everything the enet cable does (Thinking an app can use the wifi dongle too).

No. ENET and E-sys can do more.
