The only issue with square is that the traction control is optimized for a 1% front to rear difference. 0% should not cause damage since BMW sells or sold a square 19” 265mm snow tire package. Take away the 1% and the TC will either be more or less likely to engage — I don’t know which direction, but either could be good or bad depending on your desire.

I spoke to my dealership here in Newport Beach, CA, and they said there will not be any issue using a squared setup. More risk when you move outside of the 1% threshold on staggered setups. Same with the dif.

Well, I received my wheels today. I am extremely impressed with the weight and quality of the finish on these wheels. For the price, you would expect much less. I have to go out of town for work tomorrow, but I am planning on mounting on Saturday! Stay tuned!

And the 20x11 would obviously weigh more, which means they are a pound or 2 heavier than Titan7 TS5.

correct, but the Titan7 is one design. Where the Rex Racing is fully customizable. You choose face design, spoke design. Even if they do not have a style on their website, they will make you a different one, if wanted. Also limited on finishes with Titan7.

I look forward to seeing them on your M5. What are they offsets and tires you’re putting on?

Finally installed the Rex Racing Forged Monoblock Wheels. I think I dialed in the squared fitment well. Matched most staggered fitments, so I could run a squared tire setup all around. Mentioned this on previous posts. What are your thoughts! BBS FI-R Vibes for 1/4 the cost. I put the center caps on after these shots.

These look great! Did you get center caps from them or are you using OEM caps?

Those look good!

John got back to me regarding a polished/brushed combo finish so I will be ordering mine in the next day or two.

Do you work for gladiator tires?

Those look epic! You will have to share when you get them mounted up! Loving the Satin Black, like mine.

What did you end up paying for your wheels? Did you pay extra to have the OEM center caps fit?

I think my quote is up to $3900 with center caps and doing a polished/brushed two tone finish.

Almost to the point where I have to question spending that much with a startup wheel company.

You have to ask nicely for the Bimmerpost forum discount.

Makes the price very nice.

Yup, tell him you would like the BimmerPost M5 Discount that you heard through Dan. Hopefully that knocks the price down a good amount.

Your choice of finish might be what is causing the price to be higher as well. Considering that the satin black is a factory color option. Your Polished/Brushed two tone, might add cost?

The two tone finish adds $250. Beside center caps there was no additional charge. He said that was with DCohen discount.

There are too many other options out there in the price range to go out on a limb for these.
