That's lake Winterset.. I'm pretty much stuck out here in rural purgatory for business reasons so it was worth it for me to swap out my driveway lake view for backyard lake access.. paid a little more than I wanted, seller accepted a little less than he wanted, I think we'll all survive 😂. Given supply issues I might sit on it for a bit before building.

Just got a new ass on the car. Some twit backed into me in a parking lot.............then ran off. Chased her down about a hundred yards away when she got stuck pulling into traffic. Her back window was down. I hollered in that she hit my car. No response, looked straight ahead. Hey!, I said. Same. Then she pulled out. Took a picture of her car and then she got stopped again. I ran back up to her. YOU. HIT. MY. CAR!!! Nothin. Then I may have effed bombed her about her lack of hearing and how she should pull over. She just drove off into traffic.

Not horrible, just $2,800. And no car for 2 weeks. Replaced the bumper and the black around the diffuser.

Similar thing happened to my wife but in a drive through. A lady ran into the back of her and would not provide her insurance information. My wife got the license plate information and called the police. She was arrested after the police tracked her down.
