It is license per user (mine is tied to my google account for example, but you can have it tied to any email) so you can have it on as many devices as you want as long as you log into the app with said user account. For instance I have protool on my phone and my tablet with the same license.

Thats perfect thanks, would prefer to have on Tablet but was going to download to my phone to test it

I feel the same, I prefer having bmw software on my tablet that I leave in my car to use as gauges.
