PPF on my Frozen Dark Grey 2019 BMW M5C

Recently had my Frozen Dark Grey F90 done with PPF. I was worried that the hue of the paint would be affected. After consulting with Karim at Superior Detailer in Orlando, FL, I'm extremely happy with the results. I went with the Track Package. Pictures don't do it justice.

If you're in the Central Florida area or nearby, I would highly suggest you consulting with SD. Website below.

Hey,

I just picked up a frozen black M5C and I'm thinking about doing the same PFF application you did.

My question is have you had any issues with the areas you didn't wrap? Any scratches or anything like that? Did you ceramic coat those areas?

Thanks in advance.

Hi there. I haven't had any issues with the areas I didn't wrap. I thought about ceramic for those areas, but I was afraid I would lose the hue of the paint job or that the ceramic application would add shine to the paint. However, I haven't had any issues. I am very particular about keeping my car clean and wash it twice a week. What I have been really happy about is that you can't notice the PPF on the vehicle. You have to get really close to the paint to notice the PPF lines (on the rocker for example). One thing I would suggest though, is adding a ceramic coat to the wheels. I should have done that (was offered to me), but decided not to and haven't had the time to jump on that. The break dust (specially to front wheels) drives me crazy. Best of luck.

I have a Frozen Arctic Gray M5 , and have opted for a ceramic G-Techniq H9 , and the color didn't change at all. It is very easy to get it clean.

With the coating :

I don't think I've ever seen that color. I love it. Beautiful vehicle.

Looks pretty amazing. If you got any outdoor pics would love to see some side profiles and what not. Looks like an awesome color.
