Comp or not

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
Haggling a bunch of dealers on some inventory 19’s

Trying to get my lease payment to a respectable number and not sure if the comp is worth the money. And really don’t like that black painted trim piece in the rear. Appears you can take it off

I will be changing out wheels, exhaust, Springs and going to tune

That being said is spending the extra bucks for the comp even worth it

Correct. If you are leasing the non Comp is a better value. Arguably $300-375 less per month. Unless the residuals change overnight.

Thanks for the link. Didn’t really find much there and the value of the comp

From what I understand

Black badges, grills, rear panel thing
Different exhaust and black tips
Forged wheels
Different springs and end links etc
Slight bump in power

Majority listed I could do or would be replacing anyways.

Trying to get in the 1400 payment with tax range with some must have options

Doesn’t seem realistic with a comp. everything I have seen with the mandatory options is stickering around 125k. Getting around 10 percent off with buy rate and min drive off. Need my cap cost in the low 100k to achieve the payment

If the bragging rights don't factor and you're not going to track it, go with a non-Comp. There are gobs of those available on SwapAlease for great rates if used is on your radar.

The exhaust alone almost covers the cost increase.

PS: this topic has been beaten to death; you should be able to find a complete written list of the deltas.

Exactly. The cost of the mods alone are worth the price of the Comp, IMO cuz you can't do cost/installation for all that crap for 7K extra. No frickin way. Comp is a steal if you are planning exhaust, lowering, engine mounts, camber change, black bits, 19 gigantic horses, etc. If you wanna mod it yourself get the base and go for it. Problem solved.
