Would 275 40 20 Square fit 2018 M5 base

Hi, has anyone attempted to run 275 40 20 square on the base F90 M5 on stock suspension? Any fitment/rubbing issues?

I am currently running 275/35/20 squared on 2019 M5 comp with no issues on stock suspension. The 275/40/20 will be 1" taller in height...
