To be honest, the monoball will give you more of a change in feel from stock than the rear arms and links. To me the rear pieces provide more of a durability/strength addition rather than a change in how the car feels. |

My car is a base model and my biggest complaint is the wiggle in the rear. The comps have ball joints in the rear instead of rubber bushings and that may help. On my E90 M3, I changed the rear subframe bushings to stiffer ones and that made a big difference.

I didn’t notice a wiggle in my base F90 while it was stock, but I was so impressed with the improvement over the F10 M5 in the handling department I might have missed it. I didn’t feel any change after installing the Dinan pieces for the rear, but definitely did after the front monoball install.

I notice it in transitions under heavy power at speed. It’s like the rear moves too far over on its bushings, bounces back and then settles. I will reassess after the Dinan rear suspension parts and the stiffer/lower springs.
For the front end, I also bought comp motor mounts and will look when I do the front ball joints to see how easy or hard the install will be. Would be ideal to do at the same time. |

i think he just means the monoball kit which is the same. But ya they're rear kit is just a "toe" kit. But looks cooler than the dinan one! haha

Wow shocked FedEx actually showed up on time and to the right address. Seems to be an impossible task out here.

Monoballs have been waiting on backordered parts from Germany for what feels like forever. Haven't gotten tracking to my knowledge but we are approaching the last ETA that vendor gave so with any luck the monoball backup should be resolved in the near term.
Rear links are farther out. One of the custom specialty supplemental pieces has a long ETA yet. Are looking at other vendors to try and source from but with tooling involved it's unlikely it will alleviate the current delays. |

want to see someone DIY this before i do lol. Mine should be arriving today. I'm hoping all that needs to be done is to press out the old ones and the new ones should just slide in with some loctite. worst case scenario i'll just take them off the car and to a local repair shop to press out/in.

Look easy enough. The instructions say they'll slide right in. So just need to get a normal press kit from Amazon and I'll knock this out

Yes, installing the monoballs is easy. It’s what is required to get the stock bushings out that is the issue. I am going to try on the car first. Not sure of the room, but probably have the right tool. I have a 20 ton press if it ends up that I have to pull the arm.
