Park distance sensors & rain issue...

So, we've been getting some rain here in the Phoenix area and on two separate occasions the park distance sensors have shown errors on the iDrive screen when pulling into my garage.

Has anyone else had this happen? Seems odd that they would have trouble working in the rain, but I guess if water were to somehow pool on the sensor that could cause the problem.

I just didn't know if this was normal or if I should have it addressed at my 1200 mile service.

Common issue. Also affects active cruise and blind spot detect
