LOL, spoke to the folks and none of them have been willing to go anywhere near the deals I'm seeing here. A lot of these dealers are still looking for full sticker on '18s.

I wish I could ask each of them to place a bet with me that they will unload them at that price. Would be a great financial instrument if available.

That’s surprising as most astute buyers know the a year’s depreciation is already embedded in car and would therefore opt for the 19’s. Guess that’s why they are still working on them! Some dealers are stubborn but that said, we looked at an m2 for son at my local usual dealer who always (usually) hooks me up. Gave it to me at cost but he was still making holdback. Wouldn’t budge and sold later that day (last week) for nearly msrp and $1189 a month lease payment. My goodness. So depends on the market I guess and if someone wants something bad enough.

Hey guys,
Please help me out here!
Don't know what makes a deal a good deal anymore?!

Whats a good lease assumption deal on a 2018 M5 with 800 miles per month left?! Zero down
I am getting around 1400$ per month for 30 months left or so and nothing down and sticker around 115k

It is 115k original price
Has 10k per year miles
Also has 1000 miles on it

32 months left
Will come down to 1399$ per month nothing down

Check out a listing at BMW Grapevine. It's for a 2018 M5 with 3k miles on it. They were offering it for CPO but now are taking lease deals on it.

This is the text I got a few days ago from my sale guy (Rob Perrin)...

"Hey! Hope everything is going well.

We got an exception from bmw to lease it so the lease payment is crazy cheap. Please let me know if you know anybody who maybe interested in paying just $1435 a month for 10k a year lease on it with just first payment down!"

Question about lease miles. I signed up for 12k miles on my lease. Would Bmw financial let me downgrade it to 10k?

MSRP is high...it has individual Macau Blue, Full Black interior, Executive Package, Drivers Assistance Plus, CCB, B&W. MSRP over $130k. There are back up deals already on the car in case the first buyer falls through.

They also have a Bluestone/Aragon Brown M5 with 3500 miles that they are waiting on approval from BMW NA to do a lease as well. They are hoping to have approval in the next few days.

They already have multiple buyers in line for the car. Consider it sold.

Hey guys. New to this board. I currently have a 2015 x6m and the lease is up on 3/19.

I’m looking to get into a 2018 or 2019 M5. I have not gotten very far with local dealers (Phoenix area) so I have been trying with So Cal dealers since I just moved from there.

I wanted your thoughts on the following deal:
$116,000 MSRP 18 M5
$105,661 cap cost
Includes 2 remaining payments on my lease for about $2700
$2995 cash upfront
36 months/ 10k
$1451 with tax

Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks in advance

Well, I hope you are the second buyer b/c I was told today by my CA that they couldn't get the first buyer approved by BMWNA.

Now that's funny,
Because I thought I were the first buyer but apparently not
I know I got approved and it's a done deal!!
Interesting
They never tell these things

What would you consider good?
I think it is ok since they are paying $2700 on your current lease. Cali is not the best place to get great deals.
I purchased one a few weeks ago similar to your deal...
