Those injectors are bank 2, which is drivers side. That is the side affected by leaking coolant tanks and some reports say the leak damaged the injectors. Maybe shorts the wiring? I can hose down my engine while cleaning under the hood without problems but maybe 200F coolant causes problems.

That’s exactly what happened to me half a year ago, a crack in the coolant tank which leaked all over the right side….now it all make sense. Thanks!
