Feeler: 2019 M5 Comp
I have toyed with the idea of selling my 2019 M5 Comp and possibly getting into an LCI. I really have no idea what kind of market there is out there for a 19 and really what kind of selling price I can expect. KBB is saying private party could be around $80,000. Does that sound reasonable? Appreciate any input. Window sticker attached for options. Car currently has 38K Miles and is completely stock aside from BMC filters. No accidents, never smoked in, never been tuned. |

I don't know what they actually sell for vs what I see people ask but that (80k) seems pretty low for a car with as nice spec as you listed.

I have a 2019 with 24k miles for sale without CCB and Special paint listed for 82k. I've been watching the market for these cars for a few weeks now and you can list this for 88-90k. Its a little high on miles but the spec is beautiful. Def don't let someone steal it from you with those CCB's. Also, retail is holding up since new cars are still scarce. It's the whole sale market that's crashing. It hasn't trickled down to retail but I'm sure it will soon once dealers start getting inventory. Oh rates aren't helping either but someone buying a 100k car isn't all that concerned with a monthly payment going up 100-150 a month. Buyer are using the rate excuse and market is crashing excuse so be ready for all the low ball offers.

Technically I have not listed her for sale yet. I was just seeing what the general consensus was around a 2019 M5 and what kind of price I should expect or ask. If I decide to pull the trigger and list, I will delete this and make a new post. I also need to figure out the replacement car

Great spec - prices have come down big time the last two weeks and it's going down even more . 80k for a 19 with 38k miles or 85-87k for 2021 lci comps with 25k miles and under ?
No disrespect to OP car is currently worth around 75k private party sale all the prices you see are getting reduced by the hour. This was a 85k car easy 40 days ago .

Love you car - I too have 19 comp & like your color better ( I have black - brown interior) - 19 comp w 31k miles In regards to your comment "might not be worth selling at the moment" — car prices are only going to drop - sell now before it drops further — if you can afford an m5 you can afford to drop from $80 to $75 My 2c My car off lease in 2 months and payoff $76k - bmw offered $64k to trade in Try $80k but accept $75k if you get that offer in move on! No offense - just chiming in w my 2c Either way I wish you luck & keep us posted I may pick up used x5m - can see pricing coming down lately & will continue to do so w the recession
