Meh?

I am ordering a 2021, my build. $127k as configured. About 8k off, plus 750 Corp cash. Seven MSD. $1550 a month, nothing down. 10k a year though. Yours seems really high for all those discounts and a car that is 5k lower sticker and a year older.

Does anyone know what, if any, current unlisted incentives there are?

Is there a loyalty credit available? Also what is the 'lease to lease' credit mentioned 2 posts above?

That deal looks pretty darn good. 10.5% off is probably as good as I've seen lately.
Congrats - enjoy the car

What other options? Ceramic brakes? B&W stereo? M Perf exhaust? You have to have more options to get over 130k. Thanks! Congrats btw!

Our cars might be siblings next to each other on the line! Lol

2021 M5 Expected Discount

I’m negotiating the lease or possibly purchase of a 2021 M5 Competition. The MSRP is $144,604, it has a lot of options I would not order, but is the closest to what I want that I can find currently available. The dealer is not discounting from MSRP, I’ve brought this up and they say “these are MSRP cars”. However from what I see here that is not the case. I also called spoke to another dealer about a M5 with a $124,000 MSRP to compare and they also offered no discount. What am I missing? I see others here posting about 8%+ discounts on the 2021 models.

The quote on the $144,000 MSRP was $2193 for 36 months with 3000 down.

The quote on the $124,000 MSRP was $2014 for 36 months with 3000 down.

Get out of Houston. If you are willing to travel or have a car shipped, you'll do fine.

Or let NLAB do it for you.

Are you in the Houston area? If so are you willing to order a new car? The place I ordered gave me 8% off plus incentives.

Contact a broker on Leasehackr. I got my 2021 comp for 10% off. 125k for $1346 a month with zero down and NY tax rolled in.
