Individual colors

Stopped at Park Ave BMW in Hackensack, NJ They have a brand new showroom. One section shows there are 135 individual colors. We have a 16 Tanzanite blue black interior (beautiful ) we’ll be trading in for M5 competition. I wanted Austin yellow, wife said no. I wanted black wheels, wife said no. Guess who’s retired and guess who’s still working. I guess I”ll get Singapore Grey. We had that color on a f10. I wanted orange. Wife said no

New here, have to make a post obviously! Great post as I know it is difficult to find individual colors. We rarely ever get them in here!

So black with bluish tint against the glossy black wheels, too monotone and boring or an aggressive look?
IMO, it sounds like you need a little contrast with all that black... Wheels would be a great place for that to come from if you ask me.
Wifey agreed on the two tone wheels with the azurite black so that's what we went with instead of black!
Now starts the waiting game

I'm about to pick up my 2019 M5 Competition. I chose Frozen Arctic Grey and am just getting it wrapped with Xpel Stealth Matte to protect it. I had considered Frozen Dark Silver and Donnington Grey, but I'm very happy with the Arctic Grey. Superb job as usual by my favourite detailer in Vancouver Tiago Auto Spa.

Somebody is in luck

I had to label them as, in the sunlight, I thought that there was very little between the two colours, but in the shadows, SMB was definitely a deeper blue.

The Marina Bay Blue car is one of BMW UK's press/demo cars and it's VIN is GA02583.

^^^ crazy. Really thought there would be a more noticeable difference. Also, could just be camera but surprised on that SMB that more of the purple undertones aren't showing up in the sun.

I did take a photo on my phone at the same time, which is below, though that is the only one I have from my phone of both cars side by side:
