End of F90 M5 Production?

Now that the CS production has ceased, does anyone know when the general M5 production will cease as I presume there won't be any other specials come out.

This is the second time I've seen someone say CS production has ended but where is that information coming from? It all seems reasonable but just curious where BMW had publicly said this.

Also, I haven't heard anything official from BMW about the F90 ending. There's several threads speculating it will run another year, so same as my above question with a source for this too.

Not sure if your question is generically when do orders for 22MY cars stop or not though?

No one knows for sure until the new model year comes out, bmw can do whatever they want so... yeah lol. I personally didn't think there was a 2023, but other think there is so I have no clue.

I recall a review video of the M5 CS stating that the car wasn't limited on the number produced, but they were only going to make them in 2021.

Dealer locator currently indicates all M5 CS are produced- nothing currently in the production line. All remaining are either in transit, or produced not shipped status

I think I read that BMW has paused production in Europe due to a wiring harness shortage after a supplier in Ukraine has gone offline. Porsche and Audi are halted now, too.

No idea when they will start back up.

Saw an article that production will resume 21 March in Dingolfing.

Prior to the war, EOP for the G30 and F90 was listed as 7/23. Saw that somewhere on this forum, not sure when now.

I’d like to order another F90 before my current lease ends so I’ll be checking for what others say here.

I’ve had a M5c on order since late Jan. Expecting the window for changes to close any day. However, the Ukraine made harness issue came up. Not sure when at this point or if it even affected my build. Curious if it gets delayed past June ship if it will be a 23my. Also currently no BW available but had heard elsewhere on here that it could be this May.
Please post any updates here w/regard to the 2023MY as I’ll stay tuned.
