Exclamation Fuse Cards

Hi All

first post here, so happy to be apart of this community.

Just got my 2018 F90 the other day, and need to wire up my dashcam to both a constant and switched supply.

asking for a big favour here....

a lot of people are missing the paper fuse layouts, including mine, so would anyone be so kind and be able to upload photos of the entire fuse layouts for all of us unfortunate people?
ive seen some photos on here, but they have been cropped and dont display the functions of the fuses.

im good with electronics and automotive wiring, i just want to make sure im not tapping into any critical safety circuits! so i will be printing off any photos uploaded here to store in my trunk fuse box where these should be!!

thanks in advance to who ever takes on this task!

Is this something that comes with the car and yours is missing?

Hi there! yes it is. its usually a piece of laminated paper tucked inside the rear fuse box in the trunk. ive seen several people are also missing theirs. it seems BMW stopped supplying them at some point and only a handful of people seem to have them.

I require it as im doing a lot of wiring, and would be nice to know what circuits im tapping into.

But seeing as they are a rarity, it would be great to keep it hosted in the forum for others too.

cheers

I just checked the trunk fuse box and there is no diagram. I purchased the car new so either they do not put it there, forgot to put it there or someone removed it.

This seems to be the case for most owners it seems. Thanks for looking buddy.

Come on BM, these cars arent cheap, at least actually include an important part of the manual with the car.

I ran my VIN and got this PDF. My car has a build date of 3/2019 and I believe I still have the fuse paperwork, but this was easier so I did it. Hope this applies to your car.

Thanks buddy. What year is your M5? There are some slight differences between yours and the PDF Used2be posted for his 2019 model.
