The only way to fully see what's going on there will be a fully re engineered ECU that allows you to see the fueling tables etc. It was the same problem on the N54 as well, the only other options were running larger turbos with meth and no flash but back then you couldn't do the things you could do after the cobb ap was released.

A piggy back on a $80k+ car is something I wouldn't personally do.

A proper flash preferable. After having owning both Terry's and Shiv's piggyback on a N54. I'd prefer something better. Piggybacks belong in the 90's.

I ran it hard on the m5 for 20k miles... ZERO problems.
