Hybrid Tune: Idling issue

At 25000kms on the car i had done a stage 2 tune on the car. Faced some issues on the tune, got fed up with the tune, removed all the parts and asked BMW to convert the whole car to stock.
What i did not do: Use Femto App to covert back to stock.
Instead asked BMW to reset the car and convert to stock.
What BMW tells me is they over-ride the tune with their own and claim i have a hybrid tune on my car.

Now when my car starts the Car, the car idles at 850 to 900rpm, and i believe 600 to 650rpm is the right idling level.

Can anyone help me diagnose the issue?

Cold start idle is up around 1000rpm. It’s to heat the cats up. It should drop down to 690-700rpm.
