Seat protectors and kick mats fit and work great!

The rear seat is actually a very pleasant to ride in.

Aragon is such a beautiful looking interior that it’s such a damn shame to cover it up. Sadly, this will be the last I see of the rear seats until the day I sell or trade this car lol

These Brica kick protectors that came from previous cars fit the F90’s unusually shaped seats surprisingly well with the fasters tucked away nicely. These can be found cheap on amazon for $15 for a 2-pack.

Now I hope nobody barfs when I take them for their first ride in it. Dramamine for kids usually helps curb that.

Nope. Audi Q7 is our family and road trip car. Kids will only ride in the M5 when I pick them up from pre-school a few times a week, but absolutely no food or juice boxes allowed.

I got the same setup, actually used the same mat brand. Except I had to go with the Recaro seats

Same situation exactly. Always impressed how well Q7 handles for a big SUV.

M5 kindergarten pickup duty only, except for a road trip right after I got the car. 20 month old daughter cries when we take the q7 now, she only wants to ride in "daddy's car".

Really nice setup. I might have to get those seat back protectors.

Sorry for bringing back the old thread, but how are the kick protectors mounted without standard headrests?

Awsome.
Is there some way to lock the rear controls for the AC?

Kids always kick it with their feet and end up switching it on or changing something and I have to hit Sync in the front to sort it out.

This is hilarious! I just got married and my wife just told me our baby (when we have one) will destroy my car, and I'm planning to put plastic wrap all over the entire interior

Indeed, my oldest is turning 11 and he's outgrown carseats. My little one at 6 still is in one.

It's nuts nowadays. They want them rear facing until after 2 and in a harness until 8. Super crazy liberalism.

I used the same seat mats (or very similar) under car seats for my twin boys. Worked very well!
The boys just turned 8 in November so I was finally able to take them out but I ran that setup for years in F10s then the F90. Kept the seats in perfect condition.
I recommend it for anyone using car seats.
Didn't need kick pads in the F90 though. Pretty tough to damage the hard plastic backing there.

kinda. I was raised in West Virginia, where I started driving at age 5 on my dad's lap, and by 8 I was driving by my self.

it's definitely for safety, but it's hard for me to see kids 12 years old still in booster baby seats in my area near DC.

we can't bubble wrap everything.

Ok, Thank you. I want to say more but this thread is about celebrations. The blessing of a child and an M5/C. I am not the dude to disrupt these joyful moments.

No child until next month, but already have similar products to those pictured! Agree--no food or drink in M5--up to my wife in her Audi SQ5!
