Dynamic brake lights

Can the dynamic brake lights be coded to flash instead of just lighting up the inner brake lights during severe braking?

I found the function to change to enable Dynamic Brake Light (aka Brake Force Display) to flash when braking hard for a F31:

Module: FEM_BODY
Section: 3060
Function: ESS_AKTIVIERBARER_AUSGANG
New value: bremslicht_blinkend
Default value: flaechenvergroesserung

Had my wife took a video of it in action. Apologies for the portrait-mode video.

Does Brazil get BMWs built to US-specs? If not, this flashing Brake Force Display may already be configured in factory.

As I can remember, my f30 flashes the turn lights but the break lights don`t.

I'll ask someone to make a short clip from my car just like yours.

I successfully coded my 2013 F30 two days ago to do this. Here is a video from today.

How hard do you have to step on the brake to activate this? Do you have to slam on the break, or just harder than normal?

I didn't do too many trials, but certainly a fast break. Not your normal easy breaking. It is differently a nice safety feature to grab someone's attention in an urgent situation.

Thats the only one, theres a cheat sheet somewhere on the forum, shouldnt take long to find because its always going around. If you have the same esys files as me, find the esys folder and open it then click the esys documents folder, it should be in there as well
