Would it be weird if I got the Competition and switched all the Black trim pieces out (including the rear bumper cover and badge) back to either body color or chrome? Maybe it’s bc I’m older but I like the more classy look vs blacked out look, but I still want the Competition! Thoughts?

I don't think it would be weird at all if that's what you like. As for the back bumper I think it would look much better the pics I've seen so far

Yeah I would like the comp suspension/wheels (and especially seatbelts right?) but I actually don't like blacked out exhaust and emblems and such... If you see the F90s in the UAE that get the chrome window surrounds I actually think they look pretty good too with the bicolor wheels.

Yup I agree. I’m liking the wheels but that’s the only exterior accent mod I like over the “base” model. But definitely want everything else the Competition offers, especially the seatbelts

Not weird at all IMO; taste is very subjective. On top of that, you'll easily be able to trade or sell the black pieces.

Not weird at all... I'm sad they don't seem to offer the brushed metal window trim option in the US that I see in the European configurators... to me the black-out look only works on white or light silver, and otherwise looks juvenile to me. MB offers the chrome look as default on the E63S and it looks so good... especially on the darker color cars.
