CEL & limp mode with codes

Yesterday evening I was driving in M1 sport+ with Race Chip on 7. Changed from M1 to normal comfort . Shortly after, CEL came on and car went into limp mode.

Checked codes this morning and have the following. I'm guessing the car didn't like the switch out of M1 while in RC7?

1) P112E manifold absolute pressure to throttle angle too low Bank 1.

2) P12A9 boost sensor a pressure too high.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

I have the same setup (racechip always on 7) and have never had an issue when switching out of M mode.

Did you just install the racechip?

How are the repairs going for your car?

It's (used to be a 'she' but I'm pissed with her at the moment)... so, "it's" heading up to RK Autowerks for a full engine rebuild this week. Wallet is a fair bit lighter but not as light as a new engine from BMW!

Also getting their billet tank installed as I am close to 99% sure this was reservoir coolant tank related from the previous owner.

... and the issue has only just appeared? If so, id tend to think it's not RC related.

** sorry for hijacking your thread on my previous reply. 😅

Probably not related. I was just trying to come up with ideas.

I did get most of the codes cleared and the CEL is off. I haven't had a chance to see if all the power is back. Hopefully later today.

Why did you decide against Pure Performance in Houston for the engine rebuild?
