Do you set the e-brake when you park the car? That could be causing the sound when it disengages. If not, take it to the dealer and have them take a look. Better safe than sorry.

Does this happen when turning your wheel to nearly full lock while getting out of the garage?
I think it's the Ackerman Principle. I get it too when turning in reverse, typically full lock on wheel. It's normal.

Does this happen after you've washed your car and let it sit for the night? Could be the calipers unseating themselves from the rotors.
