There's a stop/service action on it pertaining to the M Track Mode setting. They will fix it at the Port/VPC then ship it to us! Wonder how long is this gonna take!

The ship tracker app says ETA arrival at Brunswick is 8/18. I was aware of a stop sale for some late model 2021's, but not sure if that's the same issue with these 2022's. My dealer has not mentioned anything, but then again, he's not really much in the know.

Not the best to be honest. I got a few grand off after a lot of back and forth and they are marking up the MF. I’ve never paid more than base for the MF so that is driving me insane right now. I am making out good on my current F90 trade so that is a plus but I’m not really excited about paying a marked up interest rate on the lease. It seems most are running into getting even a small discount off at this point. My dealer is large with two locations in my city and they have zero M5 allocations available and are told they may not have any for a while. I ordered my 2022 and it went into production in July and is currently on a ship in transit so we will see!

My dealer is stuck on .00133 for the MF. Won't budge. And is giving a measly 1-2% off. But if I were in their shoes, I guess I would do the same. Cars are hard to come by and someone else will buy it if I don't.

Finance is 0.9%. Tempting, but who knows what the landscape will look like in 3 years. Used cars can't still be this inflated I wouldn't think. And will EV's take an even further share of the market driving down demand for a 3 year old M5?

Funny, dealer had a Model S Plaid on a trade in. Only asking $170k.

Same boat here. I’m looking at just financing it at this point but it’s more because I don’t want to pay the marked up MF. Lol

I just did an order at MSRP, but they gave me $13k positive equity on my X3M lease that I'm 18 months into

Just took delivery of my 22 M5C this weekend and only got 1-2% off. $750 loyalty and a little bit more due to an error the dealership made on the order. Pretty much take it or leave it scenario because as we know, trying to get another allocation would be trying at best. Plus mine had B&W and HUD (ordered in June) so I was pleased with that. The only thing it didn't have is wireless phone charging and I can count on one hand the number of times I used it in my current F90.

I was in a positive equity situation with my trade plus the reduction in sales tax. So I was happy. I'm not sure I could have gotten a better deal. Carmax or Carvana might have given me slightly more for my trade, but then I'd lose the sales tax credit.

Did not budge on money factor either. .00133. Again, I didn't have a lot of leverage.

Congrats! I'm in Austin too and worked with the South BMW dealer on my order. They've been great so far, I had a minor issue upon first contact so we were able to work out a $2k discount. It's better than nothing and I've gotten a lot of good deals in my car buying life so I think my number had come up, so to speak.

I ordered mine at the end of July and hope to see my car by the end of the year. Post some pics in the picture thread! See you around town when I get mine.
