I'm finding that it takes much longer than you would think to get a car from the VPC to the dealer. The wait is driving me bonkers.

Well the trucking company tracking estimate says the dealer receives my car tomorrow, but whether they will call me tomorrow is anyone's guess.

I agree. I scheduled the march 23rd delivery knowing that I was pushing it way out. Car got to port on the 10th and into vdc the 11th. Who would have guessed it would be the 20th and the car still isn't at the dealership yet. I'll see if I get a call today.

Well no call, but trucking company tracking site status changed to "Delivered". So the dealer has my car now, whether they know it or not.

I got the VIN from the dealer, but I found out about tracking the delivery by truck from a forum post. Here in Toronto they use a particular truck carrier which has a tracking page. Might be something similar for your area.
