My car arrived yesterday with both of those as well. No news yet.

Someone in the M3 forums had their car arrive yesterday with both of those stop sales and they closed today. Super fast.

I got a call from corporate today (been dealing with them back and forth due to extreme delays) stating that due to how long I've been waiting my car was going to be expedited through the port and the parts retrofitted ASAP. Not something I asked for explicitly so was surprised to get that call today

Next time you speak with them, mind asking how they prioritize retrofitting cars at the VPC? I'm wondering is they're prioritizing all customers that have been waiting longer than average. Thanks!

Yes, and also called my dealership to see if they had an estimate of arrival. He confirmed all retrofit work is done and my car was assigned a carrier and in theory should be at the dealership Thursday. But he also said the estimated arrival dates have been spotty, and it could show up tomorrow or next week. But inching closer!!

Will do. Yes, it arrived at the port the morning of the 9th, so 5 days to resolve the retrofits.

Thanks, really surprised it resolved that quickly. Maybe BMW NA was paying attention and knew I’ve been waiting 8 months since I ordered?!?! Yeah, right!
